Content Policy

We want to stand behind every website we build. This policy applies to every customer on every plan. It cannot be bypassed by paying for a higher plan.

Businesses we don't build websites for

• Pornography, explicit sexual content, escort or erotic services, and sex products.
• Gambling for money, including casinos, betting, poker and gambling affiliates, even if licensed.
• Selling or promoting illegal or recreational drugs, including recreational cannabis and THC.
• Scams and deception: phishing, fake banks, payment or government sites, impersonation, misleading shops, pyramid schemes, fake reviews or certificates.
• Violence, terrorism, human trafficking, exploitation of any kind, and anything involving the abuse of children.
• Content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
• Malware, hacking services, stolen data and fake login pages.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Factual information about sexual health, addiction treatment and ordinary games without money stakes is allowed.

Businesses that need a manual review

Financial services, medical offers, regulated products and businesses that require a licence can be built, but are reviewed by a person before publishing. We never publish false licences or misleading claims.

How we enforce this

Business descriptions are screened automatically before a website is created, and content is checked again before publishing. Unclear cases go to a person. Websites that break this policy can be suspended. If you think a decision is wrong, you can ask for a new review.

Anyone can report a website built with Leván Media on our report page.
