Terms of Service

Leván Media is a brand of SUPEReROI AB, a company registered in Sweden (reg. no. 559335-4771, VAT no. SE559335477101), Götgatan 87, 116 62 Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use levanmedia.com and the websites we build for you.

Who the service is for

Leván Media is made for businesses and organisations. By creating an account you confirm that you act on behalf of a business or organisation. If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live still apply.

The service

You can create and preview a website for free. Publishing requires a paid plan. We host the published website, provide SSL, keep the platform updated and include the features of your plan as described on our pricing page when you buy it.

Your content and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you give us and for checking your website before publishing. You confirm that you have the rights to the material you upload and that your business follows our Content Policy. Texts are written with the help of AI based on your answers. Our systems are instructed to use only facts you provide, but you must check that everything on your website is correct before you publish it.

You own your content: your texts, images, logo and business information. We own the platform, the designs and the software. While you have a plan you may use them for your website.

Prices and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it, based on your billing address and VAT number. If a payment fails, your website is paused until the invoice is paid, and we email you a link to pay it. It comes back automatically once payment is received.

Domains

Domains bought through us are registered in your name. The first year is paid when you buy the domain. Each renewal is invoiced about 30 days before the domain expires, and the domain is only renewed once that invoice is paid. If you cancel or don't pay, the domain stays yours until it expires, and you can move it to another provider with its transfer code at any time.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your website stays live until the end of the paid period and is then taken offline. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it. We keep and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Support

Support is provided by email and through "Get help" in your dashboard. Custom development is not included in the plans and is offered separately.

Suspension

We may suspend websites that break the law or our Content Policy. Where possible we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Search results

We build websites with search best practices and plan pages from search data, but we cannot and do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or number of customers from search engines or AI answers. Search volumes in our reports are estimates.

Liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to losses caused by gross negligence or intent, or where the law does not allow them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you in a significant way, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory law gives you another option.
